Personally Identifiable Information:
We collect Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) on the Site when you attempt to register as a Commenter and/or Contributor or otherwise choose to provide PII to us. PII is any information that can be used to identify or locate a particular person or entity. This may include, but is not limited to: your full name, e-mail address, mailing address, daytime and/or cellular telephone numbers, date of birth and/or any other information requested on the applicable form.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information:
We may collect certain Non-Personally Identifiable Information (“Non-PII”) about you when you visit many of the Site’s pages, such as the type of browser you are using (e.g., Netscape, Internet Explorer), the type of operating system you are using, (e.g., Windows ’98 or Mac OS) and the domain name of your Internet service provider (e.g., America Online, Earthlink). We use the Non-PII that we collect to improve the design and content of the Site and to enable us to personalize your Internet experience. Use of Information:
We use your PII to send you the information regarding Harbor Markdowns. We may also use your PII to send you email messages featuring various products and services that may be of interest to you (“Email Offers”). We may use third party network advertisers to serve advertisements and third party analytics service providers to evaluate and provide us with information about the use of the Sites and viewing of our content. We do not share Personal Information with these third parties, but ad network providers, the advertisers, the sponsors, and/or analytics service providers may set and access their own cookies, web beacons and embedded scripts on your Device and they may otherwise collect or have access to information about you, including Usage Information.
We automatically collect your IP address or other unique identifier for the computer, mobile device, technology or other device (collectively, “Device”) you use to access the Sites. Embedded Scripts. An embedded script is programming code that is designed to collect information about your interactions with the Sites, such as the links you click on. The code is temporarily downloaded onto your Device from our server or a third party service provider, is active only while you are connected to the Sites, and is deactivated or deleted thereafter.
Your contact information may also be used to reach you, when necessary, regarding issues concerning your use of the Site and the Harbor Markdowns services. You may, at any time, notify us that you do not wish to have your Personal Information disclosed to third parties for offers and Promotions by unsubscribing with the link in any of our emails, using the link provided at the bottom of this site.
Third Party Links:
All collected information is stored in a technically and physically secure environment. We take precautions to protect PII both online and off-line. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your PII, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make reasonable efforts to ensure its security on our systems. All of our users’ information, not just PII, is restricted in our offices and company servers. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to PII. Furthermore, access to this information is strictly limited, and not accessible to the public. Our employees are dedicated to ensuring the security and privacy of all user information. Employees not adhering to our firm policies are subject to disciplinary action. We will turn over to authorities, any and all evidence relating to a potential breach of security or other abuse against the network, servers, databases or other such supporting equipment or software. We encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their children and to participate and monitor the interactive activities of their children. We will never knowingly collect any personal information about children under the age of eighteen (18) years old. If Harbor Markdowns obtains actual knowledge that it has collected personal information about a child under the age of eighteen (18) years old, that information will be immediately deleted from its database. Because it does not collect such information, Harbor Markdowns has no such information to use or to disclose to third parties.
Updating Your Information:
If you would like to delete or update the PII that we have collected from you, or if no longer wish to continue to receive the Newsletter, simply send your request via certified mail to Harbor Markdowns, 902 Broadway 6th Floor New York, NY 10010. You may also send your request via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will process your request, where possible and subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, within a reasonable period of time after receipt. To protect your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to help verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.

You receive mailings from us for three possible reasons:
(I) Your email address is listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future (“opt-in”) ;
(II) You have purchased or registered or otherwise have an existing relationship with us.
(III) A client of ours has provided your email address and has asked us to send you emails on their behalf
How Can You Stop Receiving Emails Sent on Behalf of Us?
You may at any time choose to stop receiving Email Offers by following the instructions at the end of each such Email Offer or by contacting us at email@example.com. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may continue to contact you for the purpose of communicating information relating to us, as well as to respond to any inquiry or request made by you.
